How often should brakes be checked?
We recommend checking them at every service, or straight away if you notice noise, vibration or a soft pedal.
Do I need to replace the rotors as well as the pads?
Not always. We measure the rotors and only recommend replacing them if they're worn or warped.
Is grinding noise dangerous?
Grinding often means the pads are worn through to metal. Stop driving if you can and book in as soon as possible.
