Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Dispatch Times:

If items are in stock, they will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Stock Issues:

In the event of a stock issue or unexpected delay, we will contact you directly to provide an update and discuss available options.

Backorders:

If you purchase an item marked as Out of Stock, it will automatically be placed on backorder. If a product cannot be backordered or if the lead time is expected to exceed 22 weeks, we will contact you with alternative solutions.

Transit Times:

We ship Australia-wide, delivering directly to your door whether you’re in metro or regional areas. Delivery times are generally 1–7+ business days, depending on location and courier schedules.

Receiving Your Shipment:

Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues such as incorrect items or shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and prior to installation. Customers are responsible for carefully opening packages to avoid damage, especially when using sharp tools.

Click & Collect / In-store Pick-up:

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service at our stores. You will be notified by phone or email once your order is ready for pick-up. If you’ve selected in-store fitting and balancing, additional charges may apply.

External Warehouse:

Some products may be stored at an external warehouse. Orders from these locations may incur additional freight costs, depending on item size and location. Please contact us prior to ordering if you’d like confirmation.

No Returns or Refunds:

Once an order has been confirmed and finalised, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This is because many of our products are ordered specifically to suit your vehicle. Please ensure you have selected the correct items before placing your order.

Warranty:

All products sold by The Wheel Lab are warranted against manufacturing and structural defects for the life of the product. Additional conditions may apply depending on the product. If you have any questions regarding warranty coverage, please contact us prior to purchase.
